Camp Fearless July 13-17th
Camp Fearless is a five-day, Spirit-filled student camp designed for real encounters with God, strong friendships, and leadership growth. We’re unapologetically Word-based and Spirit-led — guarding the pulpit and making space for the Holy Spirit to move.
Cost: $489 per student
Includes lodging, meals, services, and all campground activities (water park, natural spring, blob, canoeing, horseback riding, tower of faith climbing wall and ropes course, go-carts, mini-golf, zoo and more).
Camp Information
Leader Ratio: 1 leader per 10 students (recommended).
If you do not have enough leaders, please contact us to discuss arrangements. If you have extra leaders — bring them. Every leader helps make camp possible!
Student Supervision: Camp Kulaqua provides overall campground security.
However, youth pastors and their leaders are responsible for supervising and monitoring their students at all times.
Screen-Free Policy: Camp Fearless is a screen-free camp. No phones or personal devices are allowed during services, free time, War Games, activities, or throughout the camp day.
We encourage students to leave phones at home. While some churches allow a short, supervised window for students to contact family, we recommend remaining fully screen-free so leaders are not responsible for managing devices.
Digital exposure among teens continues to rise, and we are intentional about protecting the environment at camp. If students would like photos, we suggest bringing a disposable or simple digital camera.
Camp Crew Participation: Every leader plays a role in helping camp run smoothly. We are organizing schedules so leaders can serve camp while still caring for their own students.
Housing: Groups are placed in accommodations (villas, chalets, mini lodges, etc.) based on size.
Leaders stay with their students. A floor plan will be provided once housing is assigned so your team can arrange sleeping assignments.
